With M.M.S, turnkey means more than just completing the work, it means taking ownership of the process from start to finish and making sure every detail works in the real world, not just on paper.
Our leadership team has been directly involved in managing and executing over $45 million in CAPEX projects in a single calander year, working side-by-side with engineering teams, operational leadership, maintenance personnel, and field supervisors to ensure each project is practical, efficient, and built to perform long after installation is complete.
We understand that the people responsible for keeping a facility running are the ones who live with the results of every decision made during construction. That’s why we actively seek feedback from operations and maintenance teams during planning and execution, making sure systems are not only built correctly, but built in a way that keeps your facility running smooth, reliable, and maintainable.
Every project comes with challenges. What sets M.M.S. apart is our ability to work through obstacles as they arise, identify scope gaps before they turn into costly problems, and coordinate closely with all trades on site to keep progress moving forward. Our goal is simple reduce client stress, eliminate surprises, and keep the job moving safely and efficiently.
From early-stage planning through installation, commissioning, and system startup, we remain engaged through completion. We coordinate vendor involvement, assist with system training, and help establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored to real-world facility conditions, ensuring your team is prepared to operate and maintain systems with confidence from day one.
When you trust M.M.S. with a turnkey project, you’re not just hiring another contractor you’re gaining a partner focused on making the entire process work, from first plan to final startup.
At MMS, results aren’t a just a hopeful goal they’re our standard.
From the earliest stages of project development, we work alongside our clients to turn ideas into fully executable plans with realistic budgets and schedules. Whether supporting early planning deleloping CAPEX budgets, system functionality or executing awarded work in the field, our team is built to perform, adapt, and deliver results where it matters most, on your jobsite alongside your team.
We believe accountability drives performance and transparecy developes a true working relationship. That’s why we have ability to provide daily progress reporting, real time tracking and updates for crews on your project while maintaining full MSHA & OSHA compliance, and operate with a safety-first mindset that protects both our people and our partners. Over the past three years and 14,000+ man-hours, our team has maintained zero recordable injuries, backed by a hands-on safety culture and incentive programs that reward field personnel for staying vigilant and looking out for one another.
Our crews are intentionally lean, led by experienced leadership that takes pride in the work performed and the people performing it. We don’t overcomplicate projects, we plan them right, execute them safely, and finish them strong.
At the end of the day, all that matters are results and that’s what we have proven we deliver.
Our fabrication and welding aren’t side services they’re core capabilities built around quality, precision, and reliability. From shop-built components to field-installed process piping, we deliver work that meets specifications, holds up under real-world conditions, and keeps operations moving.
We fabricate directly from engineered drawings and build to exact specifications, following AWS D1.1 welding code requirements and industry standards. Our team supports everything from structural steel fabrication and equipment modifications to process piping systems that require careful planning, compliance, and proper installation. With in-house coating capabilities and coordinated delivery, we ensure materials arrive ready to perform clearly identified for a seemless install.
What truly sets MMS apart is our investment in a fully mobile 40’ x 32’ fabrication shop, designed to bring shop-level capability directly to the field when time matters most.
When urgent field fabrication is needed, or when weather and site conditions threaten to delay progress, our mobile shop allows us to maintain productivity with greater precision and efficiency than traditional torch cutting and field-only fabrication methods. Equipped with full CNC plasma cutting capability and modern welding equipment, this setup dramatically improves turnaround time which in turn is helping your facilities complete repairs, upgrades, and expansions faster and return to full operations sooner.
Our welding capabilities include:
Whether fabricating new components, modifying existing equipment, or installing process piping systems, MMS delivers craftsmanship backed by field experience and practical understanding of how facilities operate.

Essential info for industrial projects
MMS provides services throughout Texas and can mobilize to other states where licensing and project conditions allow. Our team is built for travel and supports clients wherever dependable field execution is needed.
When additional licensing or local requirements apply, we work alongside licensed partners to make sure the job stays compliant and keeps moving forward.
Yes.
MMS provides project planning, budgeting, and field-driven consulting support to help clients develop practical, executable plans before construction begins. Our consulting services focus on constructability, scope development, sequencing, and real-world execution planning, built from hands-on field experience, not just theory.
We understand that not every consulting engagement results in awarded construction work, and that’s perfectly fine. Even when MMS is not awarded additional scope, we can continue supporting projects through management, coordination, and planning services alone to help keep work organized and moving forward.
Use our online form or call us to request a quote. We handle a high volume of requests, so including project details, drawings, photos, and schedule requirements helps us respond faster.
